Baker/Loder wed in style at Top of the Hub

Leigh
Challis Baker and Blaine Loder were married June 28th in the
Skywalk room of the Prudential Tower in Boston, MA. Officiate
for the evening ceremony was Justice of the Peace John H.
Acres.
The
bride is the daughter of Jimmy and Cynthia Baker of Fairfax,
VA. Parents of the groom are Keith Loder of Lowell, MA and
Patricia Loder of Pepperell, MA.
Matron
of honor was the bride's sister Desha Baker Lang. The bridesmaids
were the groom's sister Asjylyn Loder and Jennifer King. Cousins
of the bride Anna and Madalyn Baker were flower girls. Chad
Loder served his brother as best man. The groomsmen were James
Fitzpatrick, and Darrin Fryns.
The
bride wore a deco inspired gown of embroidered gauze over
ivory peau de soie accented with pearls. She carried a bouquet
of lisianthus, lilly of the valley and feathers. In keeping
with the vintage theme of the wedding, the reception that
followed featured jazz selections from the 1920's through
40's.
A
1995 graduate of Chantilly High School, the bride attended
Hiram College in Ohio. She is currently employed by the graphic
design department of Fleet Bank in Boston. The groom attended
the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is currently
an associate producer for Irrational Games. The couple resides
in Allston, MA and spent their honeymoon in the Azores.
